The 6th Annual Angus Rowland Forget-Me-Not Walk And Run
The 2016 Angus Rowland ForgetMeNot run/walk will take place on Sunday 2nd October. It is incredible that together we have raised an amazing £24,000 for Bloodwise (formerly Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research) from the previous walks and it would be lovely to see you all again.
This is the 6th annual walk organised in memory of Angus Rowland who was 14 when he died. Since 2013 runners have been joining in as well. During the last five years over £165,000 has been raised for Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research.
The run/walk, as in previous years, will be starting and finishing at Staplefield Village Hall, Cuckfield Rd, Staplefield, RH17 6ET. It is open to all comers and there will be choice of 2 local walks, a 6.5 mile walk on muddy rural footpaths or a 1 mile walk mainly on roads. The Runners will follow the same route but will set off after the walkers. You can view a map of the route via this link http://my.viewranger.com/route/details/ODQ5Nzg=
Registration will open at Staplefield village hall at 9am for walkers and 10am for runners. Participants can either:
