Adele’s Leg Workout

Legs contain a lot of muscle, which use a lot of energy and are therefore great exercises to burn calories.

Do each exercise as many times as you can in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds – repeat 4, 6 or 8 times, depending on your strength and stamina – build up from 4 to 8!

Air Squats

  • Keep chest and head up and keep natural arch in lower back. Try to get bottom lower than knees.

Walking Lunges

  • Keep torso upright. Walk around the room with big strides, dropping back knee almost to ground each time.

Jump Squats

  • Squat down (head and chest up) touch the ground, jump up, feet off the ground, repeat.

If you suffer from high blood pressure, dizzy spells, pains in your chest or joint problems, if you are on medication or pregnant or have had a baby in the last 6 months, you should seek advice from your doctor before beginning any form of exercise.
