Gifts, Crafts And Food From Kent At Handmade & Homegrown
Be inspired at Hever Castle’s Handmade & Homegrown Festival this September.
Visitors can sample food and drink from local producers, see pottery and wood turning demonstrations and browse stalls selling gifts and crafts from the Garden of England.
The event also incorporates the popular annual Patchwork and Quilting Exhibition. Members of The Quilters’ Guild from across Kent, Surrey and Sussex will showcase their talents with an impressive display of patchwork quilts and wall hangings. They will also hold daily sewing demonstrations for children and adult beginners.
Over 50 stalls will be exhibiting at the event including those selling candles, glassware, ceramics, jewellery, baby gifts and clothing, art, china, homewares, lamps, garden art, handbags, cushions and toiletries.
And if you’re feeling inspired get your craft project started with the chance to buy knitting kits, quilting supplies and fabric.
